Mary is one of the first five people nationwide to become a Certified Practitioner of the ECHO Listening Profile, a testament to her expertise in this area. Her commitment to this subject is further exemplified by her book, "Awareness and Action: A Travel Companion," published by the Institute of General Semantics. This practical guide offers valuable insights and strategies for improving communication skills.
