Design Your Future

WB Consulting launches Lead Boldly Career Exploration.

Design your future by thinking like an explorer.

The concept of exploration is a common one when it comes to career and leadership development. The path to our better selves as professionals – or simply as people – is not a straight one. It requires deep inquiry, reflection, and exploration – both internally and externally – for us to grow into the leaders we want to be.

For those interested in growing as leaders, they’re usually not “exploring” on their own. They often work with professional coaches, for example, or other external, experienced experts who play a critical role in their development.

In other words, they seek the help of experienced guides because they know growing as a leader is hard work.

For young professionals, new graduates entering the workforce, or people undergoing major career transitions, however, working with such experts can be difficult. They may find it too cost-prohibitive, for example, or overwhelming to navigate.

In other words, growing as a leader for some can be even harder work.

How, then, can they learn to develop the leaders within themselves without that external expertise and support?

Answering that difficult question is in part what inspired me to create Lead Boldly Career Exploration.

It’s a self-guided, intensive development and training program that enables aspiring and experienced leaders alike to create a path and framework of support for their future in an affordable, accessible, and flexible way. No professional coaches necessary and they do it at their pace and on their schedule.

It helps them explore and answer the foundational questions of leadership development:

●      Where are you?

●      Where do you want to go?

●      Why? What is most important to you?

●      How will you get there?

Lead Boldly Career Exploration guides career explorers on the path toward becoming the leaders they want to be. Leaders that others want to follow.
