“The Independent Colleges of Indiana, Inc. (ICI) provides networking and facilitated professional growth opportunities for our 29 member colleges and universities, in addition to program administration, collaborative opportunities and public advocacy. One such opportunity is our ICI Leadership Academy, which is intended to broaden the leadership skills of emerging leaders across our campuses. We contracted with WB Consulting for a half day seminar on Human Resources in Higher Education. The seminar was packed with information and the time flew by.
