Mary is a trailblazer in the field of listening. As the former Education Chair of the International Listening Association, she has been at the forefront of promoting effective listening practices. Mary is one of the first five people nationwide to become a Certified Practitioner of the ECHO Listening Profile, a testament to her expertise in this area. Her commitment to this subject is further exemplified by her book, "Awareness and Action: A Travel Companion," published by the Institute of General Semantics. This practical guide offers valuable insights and strategies for improving communication skills.
